Now entering the next phase of her career, Leiane is excited about what lies ahead.

Alex’s experience of being a Paramedic Intern was a positive one. He graduated from the Paramedic Internship program in March 2026, after completing the rigorous 12-month internship program with SA Ambulance Service.
For Alex, being someone the South Australian community can rely on in their time of need is both a privilege and a deeply fulfilling responsibility.
Throughout the internship, Alex worked with strong, supportive teams while developing his ability to formulate critical decisions under pressure —essential skills for a paramedic.
While Alex’s immediate goal is to continue to hone his clinical skills as a paramedic, his long-term goal is to become a Clinical Instructor.
“I have had the privilege of learning from and working alongside great mentors and it has inspired me to pursue a similarrole in the future.â€
Join Alex and the team at SA Ambulance Service and enjoy a solid foundation for a great career.
