Emergency response

Medical emergencies include a shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, a loss of consciousness or chest pain, significant blood loss or head injury, a heart attack or stroke.

For these conditions and more paramedics and specialised crews attend patients across the State to provide life saving treatment. Our crews may include paramedics, some operating in areas such as intensive care and extended care, or special operations, and medical retrieval consultants and nurses.
