Lost property

Our crews clean our ambulances after every patient, but sometimes things get left behind. If the ambulance is still located at the hospital you were transported to, we will hand the items to the hospital to return to you. If we’re not at the hospital, the items will be delivered to our Head Office for safekeeping. If you have lost something, please contact us using the enquiry form below, and we’ll try to locate it and contact you. We also recommend contacting the hospital you were transported to.
